Welcome to Forward, together.
Support and guidance towards resilience and wellbeing.
About me
My name is Alex Watson. I live in Acton, West London, where I’ve raised two children and feel deeply connected to this diverse and creative community. My life, like many others, has included experiences of change, loss and renewal, shaping a strong belief in the resilience we can all find within ourselves.
After 27 years in education and a leadership role supporting families in West London, I followed my vocation to become a psychotherapist. I’m currently completing a postgraduate diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) alongside an MA in Transpersonal Psychology with the University of Northampton.
As a UKCP registered trainee, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work, offering grounded, compassionate support to adults navigating life’s challenges.
